Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable for you! Grip socks are a must (trust us, your toes will thank you) – if you don’t have any, don’t worry! We have some available in the studio to buy before your class.
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a form of resistance-based exercise performed on a specialized machine called the Reformer. The Reformer consists of a moving carriage, adjustable springs for resistance, a footbar, and straps—allowing for hundreds of exercises that target strength, stability, flexibility, and control. It’s widely used in fitness, rehabilitation, and athletic training due to its adaptability and emphasis on form, alignment, and controlled movement.
Can I do Reformer Pilates with injuries?
Yes, but it’s not a free-for-all. If you’re dealing with an injury (past or present), just let your instructor know beforehand so we can offer smart, safe modifications. Many people actually use Reformer Pilates to recover and rebuild—but we’re all about moving safely and listening to your body.
Where can I park?
Good news – we’ve got you covered. We have free parking directly outside of the studio, with plenty of spaces for you to choose from.
